Delivery
Products ordered before 15:00 hrs will be delivered the next day.
All our products will be carefully packed before they will be shipped by a courier service.
You will receive a track & trace code from us so you have access to the actual status of your delivery.
Return & Refund
You have 14 days calendar days to return a purchase from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return,
• your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• your item must be in the original packaging.
• your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your account by using the same method as your initial payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policy.
